The Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM) has had a client program structure.
A client program consist of integrated services, designed for a specific clientele, and with a set of specific outcomes. Every program is based on a global approach and can provide specialized and sub-specialized services.

- a physiotherapy gym;
- a therapeutic apartment (occupational therapy);
- a research laboratory;
- an orthotics/prosthetics laboratory;
- a leisure activity room.
