USERS' COMMITTEE

The Users' committee of the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM) fulfils many roles, as defined by law:

The Users' committee of the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM) fulfils many roles, as defined by law:
- informs users on their rights and obligations;
- promotes the improvement of the living conditions of the users;
- assesses the users' level of satisfaction with the services received from the establishment;
- defends the users' rights and interests;
- supports and assist users through various processes, including when they wish to file a complaint.
