The Foundation of the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM) has many projects underway to support the Institute. Thanks to your donations, we can provide our patients with a setting that is better adapted to their everyday needs.

➢ Monthly donation
Monthly donations are an ongoing and reliable source of funding that supports our efforts to improve the life setting of patients at the IRGLM.
If you would like to make a change to your monthly donation or cancel a payment, you can do so at any time.

➢ In Memoriam donation
The IRGLM Foundation will send the bereaved family a letter in memory of their loved one, confirming receipt of your donation. This letter will mention your name as well as the donor’s address, but not the amount donated.

➢ Honorary donation
An honorary donation is a unique and meaningful way for you to pay tribute to someone you love or a friend who has marked your life, or to highlight a special event. Honorary donations are often made on the occasion of a wedding anniversary, birthday, graduation, retirement or other key moments in a person’s life.
The IRGLM Foundation will send a letter to the person you wish to honour so that this person knows that a donation was made in his or her name. An official receipt is sent to the donor.

➢ Planned giving
Planned giving includes charitable gifts that require planning before the gift is made. Planned giving is popular because it offers substantial tax benefits or lifelong income. Through a bequest or any other type of planned giving, you can continue to help the Foundation of the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal. The most popular forms of planned giving are:
- Gifts by will: A gift by will to the IRGLM Foundation is a way of immortalizing your values and achievements.
- Gift of a life insurance policy: This is a gift of a new or existing life insurance policy in which the IRGLM Foundation is named as the beneficiary.
- Endowment gift: An endowment is a contribution in which the principal is preserved in perpetuity and only the income or interest on the principal is used for the purposes described in the endowment agreement.
