Mr. Ronald Dahm I Chair
Ronald Dahms joined Optimum Talent in 2005 as an Associate Director, bringing him his experience in business development, marketing and strategy. During his career, Mr Dahms was very successful in various senior positions within major corporations such as Bombardier, Desjardins, and Export Developement Canada. He previously worked for the Great-West Life Insurance Company for about ten years. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and he also trained in strategy and organization for senior management at the Standford University Graduate School of Business. |
Mr. Jean-Philippe Cotton | Executive Director
Jean-Philippe Cotton has been appointed Executive Director of the IRGLM as of June 6th, 2011. With more than twenty years' experience in the health and social service network, fifteen of which as manager, Mr. Cotton has an excellent understanding of the field of rehabilitaiton. In fact, he worked at The Lindsay Rehabilitaiton Hospital from 1992 to 1999. His basic training was in occupational therapy, followed by management studies and a Master of Business Administraiton (MBA). |

Mr. Fernand Lafleur I Secretary
Mr. Fernand Lafleur holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Licence in Business Administration, He acted as advisor to management concerns for the purchase and sale of companies until 2003. Previously, Mr. Lafleur had been involved in the Desjardins-Laurentian Financial Corporation as Senior vice-president, risk management, investments and loans. As part of his career, he also served as Senior vice-president, Finance and Banking for the Caisse Centrale Desjardins du Québec. Mr. Lafleur has also held various positions at the Royal Bank of Canada. |

Mr. Edouard Darche I Treasurer
Mr. Edouard Darche is a chartered accountant and has been President of Boissons gazeuses Environnement since 2004. He worked for over 15 years in the feld of finance at Imasco Ltd. in addition to having served as Vice-president of Finance of Bio-Technologie, he was a Board member of the Reddy Memorial Hospital from 1984 to 1987.

Dre Nicole Beaudoin
Dr Nicole Beaudoin has been working as a physician specialized in physiatry at the Department of medicine,at the Neurology programme of the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal, since 1989. After her studies in medicine she specialized in physiatry at Université de Montréal. She completed a Fellowship in neurological rehabilitation in Detroit. Dr Beaudoin is particularly involved in pre and post graduated medical teaching since the beginning of her practice. She was Director of the Physiatry residency programme at Université de Montréal from 2003 to 2009. She is chairman of the Council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists of the IRGLM since 2010.

Mr. Georges Cabana
Georges Cabana, Vice-president, Total Compensation at the National Bank Financial Group, has extensive experience in managing human resources and the public affairs sector. He previously worked in the manufacturing sector for Marine Industries in 1983 and for Domtar in 1987, where he held several positions in the HR field, labour relations and communications. In 1994, he joined Produits forestiers Alliance Inc. as Vice-president, HR and public affairs. Following the acquisition of Alliance by Bowater in 2001, his mandate was expanded to include the coordination of HR and public affairs at Bowater. In 2009, he was hired by the National Bank. Mr. Cabana holds a cachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the HEC.

Mr . Guy Brien
Hired at the Institut in October 1988 as Beneficiary Attendant on recall list, Guy Brien worked on all shifts, with all clienteles, as well as in Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy. He therefore knows very well the scope of our clientèle and their needs. Mr. Brien now works as storekeeper at the Direction des technologies de réadaptation, and consequently deals with the clientele in a different fashion.

Me Etienne Dubreuil
A partner with the law firm Welsh Bussières, Etienne Dubreuil specializes in business law. Prior to joining this cabinet, he was partner for several years at Heenan Blaikie. Me. Dubreuil also held senior management positions with companies in the financial and telecommunications sectors such as Teleglobe Canada and The Laurentian Group Corporation. Previously, he worked in the legal department of Bell Canada as General Counsel responsible for the sectors of intellectual property and deregulated services. Me Dubreuil is known particularly for his expertise in the development of assets of an intellectual nature, partnerships between the public and private sectors, joint ventures, high technology and transactions in the telecommunications and IS fields. He also teaches at the École de formation professionnelle du Barreau du Québec. |

Denis Gagné
Denis Gagné a travaillé comme comptable depuis sa graduation de l’International Accountant Society à Chicago en 1957. Ayant subi une amputation en 2004, il a été certifié comme parrain des amputés pour le Canada. Il coordonne depuis un groupe de support à Montréal. Apportant son expérience en affaires et son expertise comme comptable, il a contribué à l’implantation du Programme Parrainage dans la région de Montréal ainsi qu’au développement de la Coalition des amputés du Canada. Il est également trésorier de la Coalition des amputés du Canada.

Mme Lynn Grégoire
Mme Lynn Grégoire occupe actuellement le poste de directrice générale adjointe aux affaires cliniques, universitaires et partenariales à l'hôpital Rivière-des-Prairies, centre spécialisé en pédopsychiatrie de la région de Montréal. Auparavant, elle occupait le poste de directrice administrative du programme des troubles neurodéveloppementaux au même établissement. Elle possède une formation universitaire en Science de l'éducation physique (Universités de Moncton, d'Ottawa) et en Administration des affaires (Université de Sherbrooke). Depuis plus de trente ans, elle est active dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux comme gestionnaire et cadre supérieur et hors cadre. Riche de diverses expériences acquises et réalisations professionnelles multiples tant dans les secteurs cliniques, académiques que scientifiques, elle est aussi membre du conseil d'administration de l'Arrimage, organisme de placement d'adultes aux prises avec des problèmes de santé mentale.

Mrs. Marie Poirier
Marie Poirier is a nurse and was hired in 1979 at the Lindsay Rehabilitation Hospital (now the IRGLM). She began her career as a nursing assistant. Mrs. Poirier chaired the Council of Nurses from 2004 to 2008, was a member of the Commission infirmière and vice-chair of that Commission (Board) from 2006 to 2008. Besides her passion for the nursing profession, Mrs. Poirier actively participates in outdoor sports.

Mr. Nicolas Steresco
Nicolas Steresco, chair of the IRGLM's Users' committee, studied at the Bachelor's degree level in mechanical engineering at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). He worked for Mec Air Aerospace as foreman of parts manufacturing. He also volunteers extensively, including as a mechanic for the Tour de l'Île de Montréal. For the past 4 years, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association québécoise des traumatisés crâniens. Besides miscellaneous volunteering activities, he enjoys travelling, despite his handicap.

Dr François Prince
Titulaire d'un Doctorat en Kinésiologie, d'une Maîtrise en sciences de la Kinanthropologie et d'un baccalauréat en Sciences de l'activité physique, François Prince est aussi Directeur du département de kinésiologie de Université de Montréal. En tant que chercheur en réadaptation et membre du réseau provincial d'adaptation-réadaptation du FRSQ il manifeste un intérêt marqué pour la réadaptation pédiatrique, adulte et chez les personnes agées. Il est également membre du CA du CEPSUM
