MOTOR SKILLS SERVICE DOG
A new program designed to reimburse costs related to the use of a motor skills service dog is now operational.
This program will provide financial support to persons who, as a result of some of their motor skills disabilities, use a service dog to assist them with their motor skills needs. The Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux reimburses an amount of $210 when such an animal is acquired and then, an amount of $1 028 annually to those who qualify for the program.
